The game is designed by Red Barrels, known for creating intense horror game experiences. In this installment, players are cast as involuntary test subjects undergoing severe psychological and physical trials to explore new brainwashing techniques. Gameplay Mechanics

Players find themselves inside a Murkoff facility with a choice to face the harrowing trials alone or with up to three other players in cooperative gameplay.
