Atlyss

Atlyss is an ambitious action ORPG that blends both single-player and multiplayer elements into its gameplay, offering a dynamic online experience. Created by Kiseff, this work-in-progress project aims to deliver a richly textured world with instanced maps ripe for exploration. Players can delve into this meticulously designed environment, encountering a variety of equipment, trade items, and consumables to collect. As adventurers progress, they can customize their characters extensively, choosing from five distinct races and adapting their appearances and abilities to fit personal preferences. The game’s structure encourages exploration and collection, promising a rewarding experience as players navigate through diverse landscapes and uncover the secrets of Atlyss.

Character Development and Combat Dynamics

Upon reaching level 10, players in Atlyss make a significant decision regarding their character’s development by choosing from one of three primary classes: Fighter, Bandit, or Mystic. Each class opens up new avenues for strategic gameplay and character growth. The skill load-out system is particularly noteworthy, allowing players to tailor their characters’ abilities to suit their preferred style of play. With seven different weapon types, including Katars and Heavy Melee, combat in Atlyss is designed to be both versatile and engaging. Players can refine their combat techniques and strategies across different scenarios, enhancing their effectiveness in battle through a comprehensive stat progression and attribute system.
